1
Download the EXE
Log into your customer dashboard and go to Downloads. Click Download .exe to get the latest BacklinkTitan build.
2
Run the installer
Double-click BacklinkTitan.exe. Windows Defender SmartScreen may warn you — click More info → Run anyway. The app is safe; the warning appears because it is not yet a signed publisher.
3
Browser engine setup
On first launch, a terminal window will briefly appear while BacklinkTitan sets up its built-in browser engine used by all bots. Wait for it to finish and close before continuing.
4
AI engine ready
BacklinkTitan includes a built-in local AI engine for content generation. No additional software is required — the AI status indicator in the app will show green when everything is ready.
5
Activate your license
The app will show the license screen on first run. Enter your license key and email, then click Activate. See the License Activation section below.
Important: Do not move the EXE after running it. The app stores your data and browser sessions on your local machine. Keep the EXE in a stable folder location.

Article Generator

Batch-generate SEO articles and save them to buckets

The Article Generator uses BacklinkTitan's built-in local AI to batch-produce long-form SEO/AEO/GEO-optimized articles. Generated articles are saved to named buckets — CSV files that campaigns can pull from automatically.

Generating a Batch

1
Open Article Generator from the sidebar
Navigate to the Article Generator page in the app.
2
Set generation parameters
Enter: Target URL, Primary Keyword, Secondary Keywords (comma-separated), Topic, Word Count, and how many articles to generate. Optionally provide a list of article titles — otherwise the AI writes its own.
3
Choose or create a bucket
Select an existing bucket from the dropdown, or type a new name to create one. All generated articles will be saved there.
4
Click Generate
Articles are generated one by one and saved to the bucket in real time. You can see each article appear as it completes. Generation runs in the background — you can navigate to other pages.
AI Engine: The built-in AI model must be active before generation starts. Confirm the AI status indicator shows green in the app before starting a batch generation run.

Cloud Stacking

Upload AI articles to 6 cloud providers — DA 68–96 backlinks

Cloud Stacking uploads AI-generated article pages as static HTML to cloud storage providers. Because these files live on Amazon S3, Cloudflare R2, Neocities, etc., the backlinks carry the authority of those Fortune 500 domains.

Supported Providers

ProviderWhat you need
Amazon S3AWS Access Key, Secret Key, Region, Bucket name (must have public read enabled)
Backblaze B2Key ID, Application Key, Region, Bucket name
Cloudflare R2Access Key, Secret Key, Account ID, Bucket name, Public domain
NeocitiesAPI Key and site name
NetlifyPersonal access token and Site ID
Bunny CDNAPI Key, Storage Zone name, Region

Setup

Go to Settings → Cloud Providers and fill in credentials for the providers you want to use. You can test each connection before running. Then go to Cloud Stacking in the sidebar, create a site, and click Publish — the system builds a static HTML blog and uploads it to your selected providers.

Best results: Use Cloud Stacking together with Silo Strategy — the silo planner can automatically assign cloud providers as publishing destinations for cluster articles, so each piece of the silo lands on a high-DA cloud host.

Google Stack

Interlinked Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides — DA 100

Google trusts its own properties. The Google Stack bot creates interlinked Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides filled with keyword-optimized content that links back to your money site. Because these are hosted on google.com (DA 100), the link signals are exceptionally strong.

Prerequisites — Google Login

Google Stack requires a persistent Google login. Before running any campaigns:

1
Go to Settings → System Checklist
Find the Google Stack Login item and click Login Now.
2
Log in to Google in the browser window that opens
Complete 2FA if prompted. Once you reach the Google account overview page, the login is saved to BacklinkTitan's browser profile and reused automatically.
3
The checklist item turns green
You only need to do this once. Future Google Stack runs reuse the saved session automatically.
Use a dedicated Google account for Google Stack — not your personal account. Creating many Docs/Sheets/Slides rapidly from a personal account may trigger Google's spam detection.

Site.Google Builder

Multi-page Google Sites with a full internal link structure

The Site.Google builder creates a complete Google Site with a pillar page and multiple supporting cluster pages, all interlinked. The pages are planned by AI and published using a saved Google login — so the entire site is built and live within minutes.

Setup is the same as Google Stack — you need a saved Google login session via the System Checklist. Go to Site.Google in the sidebar, enter your target URL and primary keyword, and the system plans and builds the full site automatically.

Built-in Indexer In the Next Update

Force Googlebot to crawl and index 90% of your backlinks automatically

Most SEO software builds backlinks and stops there — leaving your links to sit unindexed for weeks or never getting discovered at all. BacklinkTitan is different. The next update ships a built-in indexer that actively forces Googlebot to recrawl your backlinks until they appear in Google's index.

90% index rate — We only use indexable backlinks inside BacklinkTitan. Non-indexable links simply cannot appear in Google regardless of any tool — so our 90% rate applies to 100% of the links we build for you.

How It Works

BacklinkTitan's indexer is built on the same strategies used by the biggest link indexing companies in the industry. Instead of submitting once and hoping, we use a multi-signal approach that keeps pushing Googlebot back to your links:

What we doWhy it works
Multi-signal crawl triggeringWe fire multiple discovery signals at each backlink simultaneously — the same technique large-scale indexing services charge hundreds per month for.
Recrawl forcingIf a link hasn't been indexed after the first pass, the system schedules follow-up crawl pushes until Googlebot confirms the page.
Indexable-only linksEvery platform in BacklinkTitan was chosen because it produces crawlable, indexable pages. We do not waste your time with noindex or disallowed URLs.
Regular status checksThe AI Agent queries Google's index on a schedule and updates the status of every link in your list — indexed, pending, or not yet crawled.

AI Agent Handles Everything

You don't need to manage the indexing process manually. The new AI Agent integration takes over completely:

1
Submit your backlink list
Paste or import the URLs you want indexed. The AI Agent accepts links from any source — not just ones built inside BacklinkTitan.
2
AI takes over
The agent immediately begins the indexing sequence — multi-signal crawl triggers, recrawl schedules, and follow-up passes run automatically in the background.
3
Regular status monitoring
The AI checks the index status of each link on a recurring schedule and keeps a live log of what's indexed, what's pending, and what still needs another push.
4
Full indexing report
At any time, open the AI Agent report to see your complete backlink index breakdown — total submitted, total indexed, pending, and failed — with timestamps for each link.
Sounds too good to be true? It isn't — it's just what happens when you combine indexable backlinks with a proper crawl-forcing strategy and an AI that doesn't stop monitoring until the job is done. No other backlink tool ships this as a built-in feature.

Settings

XEvil, proxies, and accounts output configuration

SettingWhat it does
XEvil API KeyAPI key for your locally-running XEvil instance. Required for bots that encounter reCAPTCHA, hCaptcha, or Turnstile during registration.
XEvil HostDefault is http://127.0.0.1:80. Change only if XEvil runs on a different port.
Proxies FilePath to a plain text file with one proxy per line in format ip:port:user:pass. Enable Use Proxy in a campaign to route that campaign's traffic through the list.
Profile CSVOptional: path to a CSV with profile data (name, bio, email, etc.) to use instead of manually entered fields.
Accounts CSVPath where successfully created profile accounts are saved after each run.

Proxies

Route bot traffic through your own proxy pool

Proxies are optional but recommended for high-volume profile campaigns to avoid IP-based rate limits. BacklinkTitan reads proxies from a plain text file you specify in Settings.

Proxy File Format

One proxy per line, in this exact format:

192.168.1.1:8080:username:password
10.0.0.5:3128:myuser:mypass
proxy.example.com:1080:user:pass

In Settings, set Proxies File to the full path of this file. Then in any campaign, enable the Use Proxy toggle — that campaign's bots will rotate through the list.

Residential proxies give the best results for profile bots. Datacenter IPs can be flagged by social sites. For Web 2.0 and Google Stack bots, proxies are usually not required.

Captcha Solving

Automatic captcha solving via XEvil

BacklinkTitan integrates with XEvil — a self-hosted captcha solver that runs on your machine. When a bot encounters a captcha during registration, it sends it to XEvil, which solves it and returns the token automatically.

Supported Captcha Types

reCAPTCHA v2 reCAPTCHA v3 hCaptcha Cloudflare Turnstile Image CAPTCHA

Setup

1
Download and install XEvil
Get XEvil from the official site and install it on your Windows machine. Ensure it listens on localhost:80 (the default).

Buy XEvil
2
Get your API key
Open XEvil's interface and copy the API key from the settings panel.
3
Paste key in BacklinkTitan Settings
Go to Settings and paste the key into the XEvil API Key field. Save. Bots that encounter captchas will now solve them automatically.
XEvil is optional. Bots that don't require captcha solving work fine without it. You only need XEvil if you're targeting platforms that use reCAPTCHA or hCaptcha during account registration.
