Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing, downloading, or using BacklinkTitan ("the Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Software. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and BacklinkTitan regarding your use of the Software.

2. License Grant

Upon purchase, BacklinkTitan grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software on a single Windows machine per license seat purchased, subject to the following conditions:

• The Software may only be used on the number of machines corresponding to your purchased license tier (1 machine for Individual/Monthly/Annual, 3 machines for Agency)
• The license is personal - you may not share, transfer, or sublicense your license key to any other person or entity
• You may not decompile, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of the Software
• You may not distribute, sell, resell, or redistribute the Software or any portion of it
• The license is valid for the duration of your active subscription. Upon cancellation or non-payment, the license deactivates automatically

3. Subscription and Billing

Monthly Plans

Monthly plans are billed on a 30-day recurring cycle. You may cancel at any time from your account dashboard or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period - you retain access until the period ends.

Annual Plans

Annual plans are billed as a single upfront payment for 12 months of access. Annual plans are eligible for the 7-day money-back guarantee within the first 7 days of the initial purchase date.

Price Changes

We reserve the right to change subscription prices with 30 days advance notice to active subscribers via email. Existing subscribers are not required to accept price changes - you may cancel prior to the price change taking effect.

4. Refund Policy - 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

BacklinkTitan offers a 7-day money-back guarantee on all new purchases. To request a refund:

• Contact us at contact@backlinktitan.net within 7 days of your initial purchase date
• Include your license key and the email address used for purchase
• Refunds are processed within 1–3 business days to your original payment method

Refunds are not available after 7 days from the initial purchase date, for renewal charges, or for accounts found to be in violation of these Terms.

5. Acceptable Use

BacklinkTitan is a tool for SEO link building automation. You are solely responsible for how you use the Software and must ensure your use complies with all applicable laws and the terms of service of any third-party platforms your campaigns interact with. You agree not to use the Software to:

• Spam, harass, or harm individuals or organizations
• Engage in activities that violate applicable laws in your jurisdiction
• Conduct campaigns against platforms that have explicitly prohibited automated access in their terms, where such use would expose BacklinkTitan or its users to legal risk
• Share or distribute your license key to allow unauthorized users to access the Software
• Use the Software for purposes unrelated to legitimate SEO and digital marketing

BacklinkTitan does not endorse or take responsibility for any SEO results, Google ranking changes, or platform account actions (bans, suspensions) that result from your use of the Software. SEO is inherently uncertain - results depend on many factors outside our control.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. BACKLINKTITAN EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. BACKLINKTITAN DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL ACHIEVE ANY PARTICULAR SEO RESULT OR RANKING OUTCOME.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, BACKLINKTITAN SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SOFTWARE. BACKLINKTITAN'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SOFTWARE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SOFTWARE IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

8. Termination

BacklinkTitan reserves the right to terminate or suspend your license immediately without notice if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or attempt to circumvent the license validation system. No refund will be issued in cases of termination for cause.

9. Updates and Modifications

BacklinkTitan may release updates, patches, and new versions of the Software during your subscription period. Updates are provided at no additional cost. BacklinkTitan may modify features, add new features, or remove features with or without notice - we will not remove core functionality without communicating changes.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the jurisdiction where BacklinkTitan is headquartered, as determined by BacklinkTitan at its sole discretion.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to active subscribers via email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Software after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
